We offer an 8-hour hands-on course whereby we help participants to implement HACCP processes to prevent the various different types of food safety hazards. By the end of this course, the participants will have the skills required to prevent food from getting contaminated. In addition, if you want to go further and reach a specific ISO certification, we offer an extension of 32 hours of training whereby we focus more on your specific needs. Moreover, we have our own lab which allows us to verify the presence of specific substances in food to assess whether further due diligence is required. With these food tests, we can also offer traceability and food labeling.
