Modern kitchens do not always adhere to a strict colour scheme, however the most popular colours for a contemporary kitchen space are black or white. Some people even opt for blues, greens or greys.

There is no need to stick to one style. Certain people tend to opt for a mixture of the two together, creating a holistic approach to these two choices. One can add a mishmash of both classical and contemporary to their kitchens, presenting you with a unique and edgy look with a lot of character.
