I strive to build a relationship with my clients through fruitful and interactive discussion in order to achieve a healthier psychological perspective to life.

If you're suffering from any mood disorders such as depression and anxiety or you're going through continual stress or anger, I will be able to assist you in the most professional way. Children suffering from autism and other learning difficulties would also benefit from therapy to help them overcome academic struggles and I am highly experienced as a child counsellor.

Strict confidentiality is one of my primary targets so I encourage you to be open and honest about any difficulties you're experiencing in order to provide you with relevant and customized advice and assistance depending on your needs and issues. Sessions are normally held on a weekly basis but may become less frequent by time depending on the effects the therapy is having. I do my best to transform negative feelings, thoughts and behaviours into healthier outlooks to life and do my best to instill self-confidence. Both individual and group therapy is possible. I am also a counsellor for children, adolescents and adults.
