You are looking for an association to help you overcome breast cancer? By pushing the door of Breast Care Support Europa Donna Malta, you will find support and a place to talk about your enquiries and worries regarding anything to do with breast cancer. We are dedicated to helping breast cancer survivors and also offer support for family and friends of patients or survivors.

In 1987, three women became involved in the fight against breast cancer by creating the Mastectomy Support Group. In 1989, the association was renamed the Breast Care Support Group (BCSG) in 1989 to include anyone affected by breast cancer in any way. In 2004 the group was affiliated with Europa Donna, a major player in the fight against breast cancer for all women in the European Union.

At Breast Care Support Group (BCSG) we aim to support those individuals and their families who are going through Read Moreor who have passed through breast cancer. Indeed, we know how hard it is for you or someone you know to have been diagnosed with breast cancer because we have been there. The majority of our members are breast cancer survivors or people with a family member who has had breast cancer.

We support women in their fight against breast cancer by organising breast cancer seminars locally and abroad and monthly meetings in Gozo and Malta to offer friendly and current advice as to what to expect following diagnosis and beyond. We provide encouragement for those undergoing treatment and for those recovering after treatment and possibly reconstructive surgery. We are dedicated to helping breast cancer survivors reclaim a positive body image and a healthy lifestyle.

Our mission is also to raise awareness about breast cancer, living with breast cancer, the importance of a healthy lifestyle and raising funds for breast cancer research.
