Having earned a reputation for being the leader in the organisation of motorsports events in Malta over the past 34 years, the Assocjazzjoni Sport Muturi u Karozzi (A S M K) is an indispensable resource when it comes to all things motorsports. Having been founded with primary concern of creating an association which brings motorsports enthusiasts together in one wide reaching organisation by forming committees and commissions on trials competitions and displays, our organisation today boasts a wide range of annual competitions such as: Bangers, Moto-Enduro, Autocross, Motocross, Moto-Enduro, and 4x4 Buggy Racing.

The Assocjazzjoni Sport Muturi u Karozzi (A S M K) has an extensive list of affiliated car, motorcycle and sports clubs which operate alongside us. These include clubs like Island Car Club Malta, the Malta Drag Racing Association, Sport Malta, The Malta Olympic Committee, Classic Ford Club Malta, and Island Kart Club Malta.

As we are affiliated with Read Moresuch as well-known organisations such as the European Motorcycling Union (FIM) and the Italian Motorcycling Federation (FMI), we are equipped enough to be able to host seminars both locally and with the expertise of leading international driving instructors. Our affiliations also ensure that we are held accountable to the highest standards of driving safety both at home and abroad.  

Our organisation was founded in 1985 by Mr. Noel Farrugia, now a Member of Parliament. In the beginning are mission was to raise awareness and funds in order to develop motorsports in Malta to a more obvious and sustainable position. Today we still maintain our strong devotion to motosports events in Malta by organising annual championship races and by allowing car and motorcycle clubs to operate mutually with us. We frequently host social activities and fund-raising events for various causes.
