Welbees Supermarket St Venera

My girlfriend and I ordered 75euro worth of shopping from these clowns several days ago and less than half of what we ordered has arrived. At first they missed the delivery window we asked for, forcing us to wait in and then when the driver finally arrived he was missing 80% of what we ordered. We phoned to complain and they sent out a taxi driver with "the rest of the order", who was also missing ALL of the fruit and veg we ordered. Two days later and we still don't have our shopping. We have phoned to complain several times and the staff have been dismissive and unhelpful every time. They make promises and then just fail to return our calls. They haven't apologised even once, refuse to let us speak to the manager and just keep passing us from person to person. AVOID THESE COWBOYS - they seem to think that because they have the monopoly of delivery services on the island during COVID-19, they can do whatever the hell they like.
