Vertical Canvas

Business Overview

Interior design Malta projects often come down to one question: how do you make a wall memorable? Vertical Canvas is a wall printing studio in Qawra. It prints artwork directly onto walls for homeowners, designers, architects, restaurants, hotels and retailers across Malta and Gozo. Its listing appears under Interior Designers on Yellow Pages Malta, and its service gives designers and clients another way to shape a space. This page explains what the studio offers and how it can support a design plan.
Direct wall printing means the artwork is printed on the surface itself. The studio describes a result with no seams, no vinyl and no wallpaper, because the ink becomes part of the wall. It prints on drywall, brick, concrete and glass, indoors or outdoors, up to 4.5 metres high. That range lets an interior designer Malta clients work with consider feature walls, retail fit outs, stairwells and facades.
Custom design Read Moreis part of the service. You can upload a reference image or describe your idea. The studio website also offers an AI preview tool that shows a mockup before you book. This helps you judge scale, colour and placement before anything is printed. For interior designers Malta wide, a preview can make it easier to agree a concept with a client early, which saves time and avoids doubt.
Vertical Canvas also prints on horizontal surfaces. Ground printing places artwork on floors, which can suit retail entrances, showrooms and event spaces. A printed floor can guide visitors, set a brand mood or create a talking point. Like a printed wall, it works best when it fits the way the space is used. Discuss foot traffic and surface condition early in the plan.
A homeowner might want artwork in a living room, a bold feature wall in a bedroom or a striking stairwell. A restaurant or hotel might want a memorable lobby or dining area. A retailer might want a fit out that tells the brand story. In each case, the best result starts with a clear idea of mood, colour and purpose.
Good planning makes the difference. Measure the wall and note its material and condition. Think about lighting, furniture and how people move through the room. Share these details with the studio and your designer. The more you know about the space, the easier it is to choose an image that works. If you are still choosing an interior designer Malta offers, ask how a printed wall could fit into the wider plan.
