Nestled in one of Rabat's most picturesque alleys, Townhouse No.3 is housed within two conjoined houses dating back over a century. Our menu changes depending on the season. Amongst our most prized dishes are the pork collar stuffed with Maltese sausage and the assiette meat platter for two. Fish and seafood are big at our eatery with dishes including fresh, wild, line-caught catch like the pan-roasted sea bass served on a vegetable and shellfish bouillabaisse and our acclaimed pulpetti tat-tonn (tuna patties) paired with our lemon arjoli which have been an instant hit right from the start.
To close things off, we offer typical sweet treats with a modern twist, like the sfineg, deep-fried to perfection and served with edible flowers. What's more, patrons that have specific dietary requirements need not shy away from this joint. Prepared with the utmost care, meals are flavoursome and feature a number of mains and desserts like our gluten-free chocolate soufflé with chocolate and hazelnut ice cream.
