Tanmar Trading

Business Overview

Tanmar Trading imports and distributes quality building materials across Malta. The business has a particular focus on waterproofing compounds and systems that keep homes and business premises dry. Damp is a common problem on the islands, especially in basements, balconies and roofs left exposed to sun, rain and salt air. Left untreated, it can lead to staining, mould and damage that lasts for years, affecting walls, ceilings and floors. Choosing the right product early on saves time, money and stress later.

Among the ranges we supply are Everbuild Building products, a well known name for sealants, adhesives and waterproofing chemicals. This includes Stixall, a hybrid sealant and adhesive that bonds and seals almost any building material, from concrete, metal and glass to wood and plastic. It cures to a flexible, watertight finish and can even be applied to damp or wet surfaces. This makes it useful for repairs where ordinary sealants Read Morestruggle to hold.

For bathrooms, kitchens and other wet areas, we stock the Everbuild Forever White Sealant. This silicone sealant stays permanently flexible and waterproof once cured, and it seals joints around baths, showers, sinks and basins with a clean, neat finish. It also works well around kitchen units and window and door frames. It is formulated to resist mould growth in the humid conditions common to Maltese homes.

Beyond sealants, our waterproofing compounds and systems cover damp proofing, liquid applied membranes and crack repair products for roofs, balconies and exposed walls. Our team can help contractors, developers and homeowners pick the right product, drawing on our experience importing building materials for the Maltese market.
