We are offering kettlebell classes and other functional training classes in a fun group format, as well as personal training. Extremely efficient training that gives results fast.
All instructors are qualified either in hard style kettlebell, Girevoy Sport style kettlebell, or both, as well as clubbells, weight lifting, Pilates nutriton and Personal Training.
All classes are 45-50 minutes long, and include warmup, workout and cool down/stretch. Always expect a full body workout, but never the same as the day, or even the month, before. Variation is the key to results!
We work hard to keep a nice, welcoming and motivating atmosphere, and put a lot of effort into making you feel comfortable and to make you like what we do, and like training!

These ladies & their coaches know their stuff. Great team atmosphere and everyone is encouraging of each other. Range of sessions to suit all needs and wants. The Coaches are knowledgeable and understanding enough to be able to scale any session / exercise to fit your ability with no hassle (as I have had to do on many occasion). Keep up the good work ladies & gents.
great gym with very good workouts. Also offer a mama class every day so you can go workout and take your kids with you.
Have been going here close to 4 years and staff and trainers are truly friendly and helpful. Have improved a lot on my fitness cause of this gym. Highly recommended
