Santina Camilleri graduated with a BA (Hons) in Community Work and then went on to read for a Masters in Counselling at the University of Malta. She is also a certified MBCT practitioner (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy).
She has extensive experience in the field of addiction and worked for 25 years in direct contact with persons with related drug and alcohol problems. Over the years she has heard thousands of stories, some in the counselling room, some on the streets, some in prison, in mental health hospitals and others in rehab.
Today Santina focuses on working with a person's relationship with the self. An inner journey, where one can feel, reveal and heal.
She focuses on self-awareness, how to live authentically and how to regain the present moment experience in order to live more consciously.
Santina offers individual face-to-face and also online sessions. She also delivers group work sessions on Self Awareness.
