I’m very sory that I have to write this review ! I’m not a person that like to this but I will have to after the bad service they gave me in the last few weeks ! I gave them a quilt on the 6/11/18 they told me that the max is 3 weeks for the quilt to be ready and that was fine for me so I gave them the go ahead ! After 3 weeks and more I heard nothing from them so I called and they told me that by the end of that week it will be ready .. and Thant was fine as well ! This was about the 4th week already in the 5th week they called me and sar listen we are going to dry clean your quilt but there is a chance that it will not remain the same due that the quilt was all fair ! Pls note I’ve been dry cleaning this quilt for some years now and never nothing happend to it but unfortunaley were I use to take it is now closed for ever ! Anyone in the end I end up going for the quilt after 5 weeks which was not ready and had to take it some where else ! I’m very sory but this dry cleaning service is 0 recommended .
