Mediterranean Ceramics manufactures high quality, unique handmade ceramics and pottery items for both functional and decorative uses. All of our items are unique to us and offer a distinct stamp of authentic Maltese culture to a home or garden in a Mediterranean or contemporary setting.
As a company, it is our mission to revive ceramic manufacturing in Malta and to promote this art form as a unique part of both Mediterranean and Maltese identity. We do this through our knowledge of the industry and ceramics in general, and more specifically through maintaining long-term relationships with clients, generating ROI for shareholders, and by offering our clients a unique, handmade product. Our products and services are an extension of our business policy, which maintains strict devotion to both local Maltese tradition, as well as to offering full customer satisfaction.
Today we manufacture a wide variety of highly decorative, handmade ceramic items and Read Morepottery, which can be used either as decorations or for functional use. Our catalogue includes items such as handmade religious murals, decorative artwork and house name plaques. For a unique gift or personalised item for the home, we produce hand-made and hand-painted ceramic dishware. Our catalogue includes plates, water jugs, tea and coffee mugs, planter jugs, espresso cups, jars for items such as oil and vinegar, and full kitchen dining sets.
If you are looking for an elegant, unique finish to your home, we also manufacture handmade volcanic stone kitchen countertops, dining room tables, and patio tabletops. Our tabletops are designed to be the stunning centrepiece of your home or garden space, attracting the gaze of visitors time and again.
After over 20 years of combined experience working in manufacturing and managing operations in the ceramics and earthenware industry, company founders David and Brian Grima made the choice to invest their knowledge in the founding of Mediterranean Ceramics in 2010.
