Booked a day trip to Gozo with a Maltarama Tours with a pick up from Sliemma. We were told to be at Preluna Hotel at 8am for a pick up at 8.15. The minibus did not arrive until 8.40 and there was no explanation or apology for the delay. On arrival at the ferry terminal we then had to wait another half hour for other people to join the group! The inclusive lunch was appalling and the prices for items at the craft village you visit.are twice that for the same item in the centre of Victoria!! We were told we would catch the 5pm ferry back but we had very restricted leisure time at Victoria and were rushed through to catch the one at 4pm which then meant waiting for the transport the other end to return us to our hotel. Was Rita the guide on commission from places she recommended as there always seemed to be other cheaper and better places around to buy items. This trip was a failure from start to finish and not recommended at all.
