Terrible experience. I was charged for 3 items (Zucchini Mix) that were never delivered, and the €8 cashback shown on the receipt was never applied.
When I asked for a refund, they told me I could only get my money back if I place another order. That’s unacceptable – the mistake was not mine, and I shouldn’t be forced to spend more to fix it.
Even worse, after checking past receipts, I suspect the same issue may have happened before without me noticing.
After years as a loyal customer, I’ve lost trust. Disappointing customer service. Never ordering again.
A huge variety and choice - choice varies between available prices and qualities of the different merchandise available! Great service, even when purchasing online.
