Go plc are the worst communications provider on the planet. They suck out your money and return that with sheer mediocrity and dismal service. After sucking out the monthly instalment from your account, they do not even offer the possibility of directly speaking to an agent, and the fact that the possibility of speaking to an agent is mentioned on their webpage is just to frustrate you more, as nobody ever answers for literally at least a whole half hour. Their television and internet service is subject to continuous cuts and interruptions. Their motto is simple: get clients to sign a contract, then leave them on their own to savour a supershitty service. Basically you are treated just like a number, and responsibility is avoided by a wall of anonymity, since they make it almost impossible to get across, and then if you somehow manage to speak to someone they basically leave you where you were, while still sucking your money.

Change apartment, more than 3 weeks ago still suffering from Switch and play modem.
1st bad decisions, going to solve myself. Closing the account.
I spend last three weeks time with go customer care more than my gf, let me remind you again your go switch and play service running slower than my 4 month old niece.
Note for new comers: Highly not recommended Go services.

Generally the agents will either do an excellent job or a terrible one. The student plans generally worth it especially given the amount of data. With that said I had an issue where my top up wasn't registered but they took the money anyway, they refused to admit their fault and didn't fix anything.
