Been a GO home internet and telephony customer for many years now - always helpful when it comes to resolving issues in the best way possible
Generally the agents will either do an excellent job or a terrible one. The student plans generally worth it especially given the amount of data. With that said I had an issue where my top up wasn't registered but they took the money anyway, they refused to admit their fault and didn't fix anything.
