This means that I have studied nutrition and that I am fully qualified to give people advice on how to plan their meals by choosing what is beneficial for them and still be able to lose weight permanently and in a healthy way.

In my career, I have met with people who have struggled with their weight for a very long time and several said that they were about to give up. Through Read Moremy programmes, I have re-educated them on how to eat healthy delicious food and still be able to lose weight without having to starve or deprive themselves. My weight management programmes are customised to meet the requirements of each individual, according to their lifestyles and needs. Since I started back in 2011, I can proudly say that I have helped a lot of people gain their body and their confidence back. The plus side to this is that they now feel healthier and more energised than ever before.
