Ultimately the first and foremost person you will compete with is yourself, and even professional athletes consult health and fitness instructors.
We have extensive experience both professionally and personally, and are additionally trained in both the practical and scientific side of health and fitness. We offer personal nutrition and fitness programmes for those who need advice on what diet would best suit their lifestyle choices, athletic coaching from youth-adulthood, speed and conditioning programs for competitive athletes, and training programmes for endurance based athletics such as cycling and canoeing.
Mark Joseph Farrugia obtained a degree in 1990. Since then has gained further experience experience both professionally and academically, and has devoted himself fully to a wide range of athletic activities. He is in possession of a coaching certificate from IAAF Academy at Kenyatta, and is an International Coaching Enrichment Certificate Program (ICECP) graduate with honours from the University of Delaware and the United States Olympic Committee. He is proud of his title as Malta’s only world and European finalist in athletics.
