My past experiences taught me that the best outcome from a session comes when a person starts feeling comfortable with the therapist. I am formally trained in Gestalt Therapy and EFT and always start my sessions in certain ways to make these comfortable moments happen as early as possible. I interact with the person without making the person feel awkward. From the way the person interacts with me, I start understanding the behavioural problems and start thinking about how we can overcome these problems together.
