In this life of sitting around on our computers or on our phones everyone should do some kind of sport. At Degymnastics in Mosta we nurture our students' skills and make sure they get the best education possible when it comes to gymnastics. Ours is one of the oldest gymnastics clubs on the island. We specialise in artistic and rhythmic classes from beginners to advanced for boys and girls from three years and up.

Gymnastics is a beautiful sport, one that gives a unique kind of rush when you manage to do that stunt. There is no greater feeling for a gymnast to get a sequence done perfectly and sticking that landing. When you’re a gymnast you know that you have the endurance of a soldier, your body is able to do things and twist in ways that not many can. Our club has been part of the Malta Gymnastics Federation since 1998 and since then we have taken part in almost every national championship organised by the federation and club competitions. We have always had a good number of students that are both boys and girls and some of our more dedicated ones have achieved high standards and some even ended up coaching in our clubs or other local clubs. 

We also work hard to include the parents into our activities.That is why we do not stop at just gymnastics but also include social activities like ‘figolla’ competition, barbeque and fitness classes and other meetings. Our students always feel fulfilled and like they are doing something worth it as we have competitions and annual shows regularly.
