The after-sales and customer care service at AR Tech is a mess. One of our Mitsui A/Cs needed repairs due to a burned board. We called AR Tech over one month ago, and since then, we have had countless appointments made with last-minute cancellations with no real and concrete explanation of what is going on; endless versions regarding the spare part or parts (even today I am still not sure which), such as we have the part, we don't have the part, we have one part but are missing a second part et cetera. This company is insensitive to the needs of their clients, and have no regard to the fact that each appointment made requires their clients to make arrangements in order for that appointment to happen. All in all, I would not acquire another unit from this company, even if they were to offer such unit for free.
