Ivan Z and his wife assisted me with a car rental in September 2018. I spoke to my hotel concierge at 8am about the need for a car rental for the day and by 11am Ivan was at my hotel with the car! At the end of the day they allowed me to leave the car in my hotel's parking lot - can't get much more convenient than that. A couple of days later I needed the car again for a 1-day rental, by this time we had switched hotels to another part of the island. They kindly left the car in my hotel parking lot so it was ready for me early the next morning and I again was able to simply leave the car in my hotel's parking lot (and the key with the front desk). I certainly could have found cheaper rates had I been willing to pick up/drop off a rental car from the airport or a city location but the convenience of having the car brought to me ability to leave the car at my hotel far outweighed those marginally higher costs.
