They helped me a few years ago with a move from Malta but I always need storage, so now using their wonderful services in the UK. No hidden charges and every member of the team extremely polite. Used Waters White recently to furniture and boxes from one garage to another. They were on-time and got the job done in under 2 hours with no issues at all. Will definitely be using them again on the next move.

Company tries to get you with cheap offers on their website. Like "light move for 70 Euro" or "two men, one van, two hours for 90 Euro". By calling them, they asked me, where I have this information about the light move from. Well, from your website, hm, okay, so no light move. Then the "Two men two hours". I gave all details correctly, stating that the flat I will move to, is on the 2nd floor, no lift, etc., number of pieces, weights etc. and was told, that it is all right, they do it, only the exact time will be confirmed tomorrow. Then today, they did not even call me, they sent me a message on my mobile that they confirm it and stated double the price!! All
discussions were in vain, the person, I was talking to was not available any more, and they did not care at all that I relied on them. When I told them, that they should not put such offers on their website, if they do not keep their promises, they said they can not put ALL DETAILS in their offers.

Dear Maria, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were dissatisfied with our quotation and that we could not provide a service for the price you wanted. We work really hard to be competitively priced and all our prices are transparent and listed on our website. In your case, the service you required to complete the job you needed a lifter and as such, 3 men were need, not the 2 men price you wanted. As when using a lifter we need to have 4 men, two to load and 2 to unload. We are not in the business of tricking clients or trying to get clients to contact us with incorrect prices. We are open and transparent about our prices, and explained to you, in detail, how are prices work. On this occasion, we could not provide a service as our prices were not what you wanted to pay for the job you had. Best regards Waters White Vans team.
