I have been taking my dog to Vetcare for 4 years now, Although I have a vet allocated, if its urgent you may also use the other vets if yours isn't available so that way at least you can always see someone since there are around 4 vets in the building. Morning is without appointment and afternoon is by appointment, They are very busy and this because they are very good at what they do as I have used all the vets at some point in time. The main receptionist is also very, very helpful.
