Really disappointed and will not be ever going back. Waited months for appointments, that's fine.. as the appointments were for braces so I understand there is a que. Appointment days finally arrived (there was three of them) when my partner arrived to the clinic he was magically not even put in the system and they didn't know about him...? Mind you front office had wrote down his appointments on THERE cards. Interesting. Not even an apology to him and then advised him he needs to wait FOUR MONTHS for another appointment... I also took up my concern to the owner , and also no apology from him either, not a care in the world actually even when I mentioned we received no apology, you would think the owner JAMEs would consider an apology on behalf of his clinic. Not sure what kind of customer service is happening but for someone that was laying down 3400 for braces then apparently not in the system shows me the lack of care of customer service. Will be going else where.
