They'll take any chance they get to scam their clients. After our experience with them, I've been speaking with other clients of their who also say that they've been treated badly, and that they will try to sell faulty products and refusing to claim it.
Our own experience:
Being an interior design firm, we order a lot of products for our clients and we usually receive good service when shopping since the retailers know we will come back to buy more items.
This is NOT the way Pitre Bathroom has treated us. In fact, I never met such an unprofessional behavior from a shop.
We had bought a bathroom mirror for 425 euro, when the plumbers opened the package they noticed that one of the corners were chipped. This was obvisouly chipped behind the jablo and couldn't be seen before opening it (see attached photos). We tried to return it immediately, but instead we were met with a very bad behaviour of the sales person who was incredibly rude. What I got most upset about wasn't that they didn't accept the claim, but the way they spoke to us and constantly interrupting when I was trying to explain what happened. Based on this experience, I would never recommend them to anyone and I will for sure not shop there again!
I am convinced that Pitre has the best customer service on the island. I have lost faith in many other bathroom suppliers but at Pitre l am given the best attention in an easy-going but professional manner. This is my go-to for every project without a shadow of a doubt.
Ordering stuff for your home can be quite stressful !
Chose some tiles I needed urgently, got them delivered same week as they were in stock.
Delivery men came exactly on time. Great service and Value for money !
