Going strong ever since, our eatery continues to serve up mouth-watering, authentically Maltese dishes, which coupled with our homely and welcoming atmosphere has rendered it one of the best places to eat in this part of the island.   

Our menu is not only varied but also seasonal, which ensures that produce and ingredients are always fresh. Want something delicious to kick off a sensational meal? Try our homemade bruschetta or lamb ravioli. Made from scratch, both plates burst with flavour. Meat lovers can opt for the veal cordon bleu and our signature spare ribs with barbecue sauce or can select, when available, the high point of our seasonal fare, the fried rabbit with sauce. On the other hand, our fish and seafood-based dishes are diverse and include the popular lampuki, swordfish and salmon Read Morein both its natural and smoked variety, whereas seafood alternatives consist of calamari that can be stuffed or grilled to perfection and fresh lobsters, to name a few of the options available. 

However, our dishes featuring local fish, appetising meat, tender chicken and tasty game are not our kitchen's only highlights. Pastizzi is what we're most praised for. At Peristyle Restaurant, this typical, savoury pastry is taken to a whole new level. Try our homemade, traditional ricotta or pea-filled pastizzi, however, if you're after something different, our ricotta and goat cheese variety or the pastizzi exclusively packed with gbejniet friski (fresh cheeselets) should do the trick.
