I gave 3 stars on timing, because it's very difficult to set an appointment in the near future. This might be a good sign because he's really good. On the whole everytime I visited this clinic, it was a positive experience, and Luke is very helpful, patient and also tries to explain everything in simple terms. He's also very professional and knows what he's doing.
