We are a team of architects and structural engineers based in Malta, and our approach is built around combining both disciplines from the very beginning of every project. Rather than treating architectural design and structural engineering as separate steps handled by different teams, we integrate our expertise from the outset. Our services cover the following areas:

Architectural Design and Planning: We prepare full design proposals for new home design and renovation projects, including the related planning permit applications. Navigating the planning process in Malta requires a solid understanding of local regulations, and we handle this from start to finish so that projects can move forward without unnecessary delays.

Structural Engineering and Construction: We carry out Read Morestructural analysis, prepare construction technical documentation, and administer the build process through to handover. This includes the structural alteration of existing buildings, which is a common requirement across Malta given the island's dense urban environment and the high number of older properties that need updating or strengthening.

Property Inspection: We carry out physical inspections and structural assessments of existing buildings, diagnosing structural damage and analysing current conditions. This service is particularly useful when supporting a purchase decision, planning an alteration, or considering an extension to a property.

Property Valuation: We prepare valuations for sale, purchase, transfer, and bank purposes in accordance with European Valuation Standards, giving clients and financial institutions a reliable and professionally prepared assessment they can depend on.

Energy Performance Certification: We handle the full EPC process, from inspection and calculation through to the issue of the certificate, in accordance with Building Construction Authority requirements. An EPC is a legal requirement for most property transactions in Malta, and we make the process as straightforward as possible.

First Time Buyer Consultation: We inspect the property, review its planning history, and prepare a clear report on its structural and regulatory condition before the promise of sale agreement, known as the konvenju, is signed. This gives buyers the independent, expert view they need before making one of the most significant financial commitments of their lives.
