My sofa needed upholstering as it had become extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. I asked if it could be fixed within a specific time frame. I was told it was possible. I was given a price for the job to fix the sofa structure and refill my cushions with foam. Eventually, I received my sofa back looking brand new, and even a bit earlier than stated, and I was told the cushions didn't need changing, so the bill came to lesser than quoted. Delivery people were very swift. Overall I am very happy, especially since my sofa feels comfy and new again.
