Improve delivery service!! We ordered for delivery, got email it's ready for pickup. Told them we need delivery, they said yes, takes some more days until we get date for delivery, the order would still be scheduled for delivery. Two weeks silence.
Contacted them again. Been told that no delivery is scheduled because we must have told them to want to pick it up. No, we didn't! They even said it would be delivered, just takes some time. Now items aren't in stock anymore, sold out in the meantime. Wondering how items would then be ready for pickup?? Still waiting for rest of the items to be delivered...one month has passed
