Horrible customer service, went with a one and half year old power bank that clearly had manufacturing defects, immediately was told that it’s normal wear and tear, they didn’t even have a good look at it and came to that conclusion, also told them about the issue of the power bank taking almost twice as long to charge compared to when it was bought and told me it’s normal for a power bank of this age, so with their logic a power bank that has “degraded” takes twice as long to charge than a new one, I insisted for the power bank to be inspected by the manager, and after just 5 minutes the representative came back and said nothing is wrong with the power bank and that it charges normally, they tested that in less than 5 minutes, incredible technology Forestals is using to test charging speeds. WOULD 100% AVOID AT ALL COSTS, IF YOU EVER HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR PRODUCT YOU WILL NEVER GET IT FIXED WITH THESE GUYS!
