Disgraceful service. They are money grabbers! I take care of stray cats and realised that one of the cats was badly injured. Since the cat is feral I couldn't get it into a cage. I had to get a vet on-site to check the cat and he wrote a prescription. I went to Dr Trevor's to pick up the medication but was told by the rude receptionist that they could not dispense the medication because it is given to clients only. First of all, I have taken several cats to them, and secondly, I am disgusted by your attitude because you were going to be paid for the medication and you left a cat in distress. SHAME ON YOU
