Horrible customer service, never buy anything from them online.
Back in November 2021 we bought two products online from this store and we received an email that one wasn't in stock.
They offered to replace it with another product, but it wasn't what we were looking for, so we asked for a refund for that product.
It's more than 2 months later and dozens of emails and we still haven't received the refund.
If you don't want to be robbed, shop somewhere else.
I just bought a new TV from Digitalzone nothing bad to say about
bought several products, staff is always very helpful and prices are reasonable
Recently bought a Finlux led tv for my boat, from the showroom was given very good advice and service. The price was as good as the service , defenetley recommend

Jurgen was always very helpful and what i like best is that employees are very knowledgeable about the products they sell.
A great variety of Domestic appliances, TV`s, Household goods,Fans and much more.
Very convenient opening hours and last but not least i do not need to hassle about finding parking since they have a massive parking in the establishment.
Probably one of the few shops that have actual qualified people who really love and understand about technology, very helpful and patient!
