Called to check on some things, the person on the phone was so helpful and professional. She actually asked me what I needed in so much detail first and then gave me the actual product which would be good for me! Went to PAMA shop which opens till 8pm on Saturdays and service was same there. The person actually walked with me to the car as the item was heavy for me. :) (Product is great)
