This company is parcelforce's partner in Malta. They have had a parcel of mine for several weeks. At first they denied they were in possession of it, but a parcelforce investigation found they did in fact have it. When I contacted them, they still continued to deny that they had my parcel. Also, they refuse to reply to email, and after being given the mobile number of their warehouse manager, I found that he never answers his phone.

Even parcelforce themselves had great difficulty communicating with this company as carmelocaruana even took several weeks to cooperate with parcelforce's investigation as to what they were doing with my parcel.

After finally admitting they actually had my parcel, carmelocaruana then claimed they didn't have my full address, despite me emailing it to them several weeks before and parcelforce providing them with it. I provided the address once again over the phone and I was promised the driver would deliver it today, he did not even attempt delivery.
