I called Alex Pisani on an emergency as I had no water, after I could not get through to my usual plumber, so I got his number from the yellow pages online - bad idea! He came within half hour, and resolved the issue within 5 minutes (trapped air in a pipe). He then proceeded tell me that the pipes of the water heater were installed the opposite way (they weren't) and that I should fix them (it's brand new water heater and I had not used it yet) otherwise I am going to have problems. I told him to go ahead, assuming the work he was going to so was going to be good. Not only did he not work was far from satisfactory esthetically, but when I called him 5 minutes after he left he shouted at me and said "hekk see jibqa, jien xoghol tajjeb ghamiltlek mhux bhal ma kellek". I managed to get through to my plumber 30 minutes later and he came on site, he told me that this guy switched my pipes around and that I would have damaged the new water heater had I switched it on. So if you want to pay for shoddy work, go ahead and use this plumber but if I were you I would not touch him with a bargepole.
