The worst service I ever got. Unfriendliy, unprofessional and useless.
You better end up doing it yourself watching DIY YouTube videos than getting these guys. They barely speak English, don’t know about their job and basically didn’t fix our problem. They came without tools, we had to provide everything. They also had no material to change minor things and just ripped us off 50€ to tell us we need to wait until Monday. That’s not why I call an emergency plumbing service...
In the end we heated to homemate on a Saturday evening and bought all the materials and my husband fixed it hisself.
They were also not able to write a receipt and when I said we definitely need it, they said we have to pay more then. On Sunday morning 9am!!! they showed up here again, wanting the money and gave a receipt after making an appointment for Monday 4pm.
All in all a ridiculous experience that stole me time and money!
