It teaches every student hard work and concentration. At Degymnastics we nurture our students' skills and help them to become the best they can be.

Degymnastics club is one of the oldest gymnastics clubs on the island, it was established in the late 70’s and has thrived in the years that it has been in business. We always have a good number of students frequenting our gym being both boys and girls. Our club is a member of the Malta Gymnastics Federation. Since we joined back in 1998 Read Morewe have taken part in almost every national championship organised by the federation as well as competitions organised by our club or others. We specialise in artistic gymnastics, acrobatics and rhythmic gymnastics and all children of any age and abilities are welcome.

Gymnastics can give you a rush like no other sport can. Nothing feels as good as being able to do a full sequence, that you have not been able to do, and finally sticking that landing, hands up, with a perfect finish. We will teach every student how to own their skills and be the best they can be. Many of our more dedicated students have won competitions and also continued studying and became coaches within our club and other clubs. 

We also include parents into our group by organising annual shows and activities for all to join in. We want them to see the progress their children are making. Children should not be at home on their phones or computers, they should be doing some kind of sport and what is better than a sport that will teach them discipline and to work hard for what they believe in. It builds character and teaches you to never give up and keep on pushing yourself till you finally achieve what you wished for.
