Tasty barbecue chicken recipe

Summer and BBQs are practically synonymous, but after the first few weekends of cheap burgers and hot dogs by the beach, you'll soon be craving some variety. That's where our Honey Mustard Chicken comes in. Host your friends for a BBQ they're going to want to repeat.
Super Simple Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 a lemon juice
Pound each chicken breast in a resealable bag until it is about ½ inch thick.
To make the marinade whisk the paprika, mustard, salt, cayenne, red pepper flakes, honey, garlic and lemon juice in a bowl. Keep 1/4 cup of the honey mustard mixture to use later on as a sauce.
Pour the remaining honey mustard mixture on top of the chicken breasts. Toss and cover the bowl with plastic wrap, letting it sit for about 30 minutes at room temp.
Grill the chicken on the BBQ for about 6 - 8 minutes per side.
After allowing it to rest for about 5 minutes, pour the reserved 4tablespoons of honey-mustard sauce over the grilled chicken breasts before serving.
