still very young, The Pulled Meat Company (TPMC) has already come a long way. What was initially launched as a wooden hut at a Christmas market in Sliema in 2015, has evolved into a number of outlets including a restaurant South Street, Valletta, a small outlet near the University Campus and a our new flagship restaurant in Gzira. From December 2017 TPMC will also boast a food stand at the historic Valletta Market. It is from these outlets that we offer, what have now become, our signature pulled meat ftajjar together with other heart-warming specials. These include pies, pittas and salads, as well as a range of unique local pork cuts as well as a variety of beef, lamb and rabbit options not readily found on the island – something to suit anyone’s palate.
The aim of the game is to offer home-made, slow cooked soul food – whether traditional, trendy or a fusion of the two. We are very much driven by the principle buono con buono, fa buono.

I tried out this restaurant for the first time and I loved it. The pulled pork ftira is divine. I love the mixture of flavours combined together. The ftira is also very abundant. Will definitely return.
I went to the restaurant in Gzira, where there is a good selection of food and beer, great service and it is a welcoming place. Above all, the dishes tried were tasty as even tested my friends', Price was also very reasonable for such high quality food. Worth going for sure!
