Definitely recommend Dr. Farrugia. He helped me throughout the whole process when i bought a property and also went out of his way on numerous occasions.
Booked a home appointment two weeks in advance only to be told on the day, and after I called that he would not be coming as he thought the appointment was in the office. Appalled by such a service as I made it specifically clear the appointment was to be held at home and was given a time slot when the office is not open to the public. If they treat their potential clients with such disregard, I don’t hold much hope for their skills as a notary.
