Situated at the Marsa sports club, Asciak Tennis Academy is easy to find. We provide you with luxurious training ground and an enjoyable environment where you can be comfortable and train in a great atmosphere. We offer different types of programs. Annual program starts in September and lasts till June. Our monthly program includes four weeks of training and is available from September till June. You can use weekly programs if you are interested in attending classes up to three weeks a month during our normal training year. In addition to the year of training we offer our sportsmen a participation in our Tennis Summer Camp, which take place in our club from Read MoreJune to August. You can choose one or more weeks throughout summer.

To help you maintain this high level of intensity in tournaments we introduced a tennis specific physical program, which focuses on improving aerobic and anaerobic capacities. We include Yoga and Pilates techniques into the training of our players in order to develop flexibility and stabilisation of muscle groups that are constantly used in their matches.

We also provide the service of professional nutritionist that we have available. Our specialists provides the athletes with healthy balanced nutritional diets, which is not only important for sport results but also to make sure they remain healthy.
